Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Parlour HQ and any plan you start. This page is a plain-language summary in development — the complete terms will be published here before launch, and you will be asked to accept them when they are final.
Your account
You provide accurate details when you create your account, including your name, business or trading name, email address and Australian mobile number. You keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
One account per person. If you already have an account with us, sign in rather than creating another — contact us if you cannot access it.
Free trial and billing
Each plan starts with a 14-day free trial of that plan. Starting a trial requires a payment card, which is saved with our payment provider. No subscription fee is charged during the trial.
Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your selected plan continues automatically at the monthly price shown at checkout, billed monthly in Australian dollars. You can cancel yourself at any time before the trial ends to avoid the charge.
Using the service
Each subscription covers one business and its team. You may use the service for your own business operations and must not use it to break the law or interfere with other customers' workspaces.
Some features are still in development and are not yet available. Features listed for your plan become available as they are released.
Your business data
Your business information stays private and separate from every other business on the platform. Every plan includes an authorised way to export your own data. If your subscription ends, you can export your records before access closes.
