Who works when, including overrides and out-of-hours blocks, all kept visible.
Every session recorded with payment, shares and surcharge. Edits audited, voids soft.
Details, commissions and history for each therapist, in one place.
Daily Records and Financial Reports as separate tabs, with exports that reconcile.

Your business
Every business on Parlour HQ has its own private space. Your bookings, rosters, daily records and reports belong to you alone.
Your team signs in with their own accounts, and each person sees only what their role allows. Nothing about your business is visible to any other business.

Settlement, explained
At the end of each day, Parlour HQ works out whether each therapist owes the shop or the shop owes the therapist. The policy is explained during setup and confirmed by the owner before anything is finalised.
Net Settlement = Cash Shop Share − Card Staff Share
Fictional example
$90 owed to the shop.
Card surcharges are excluded from settlement.
Positive — the therapist owes the shop.
Negative — the shop owes the therapist.
This is a fictional example shown on a public page. Your private records live in your signed-in business, and calculating a settlement never moves money.
Tell us about your business — name, colours, services and staff — and Parlour HQ shapes itself around it. Setup walks you through the settlement policy step by step.
Try your chosen plan free for 14 days. Card required — cancel before your trial ends to avoid the subscription charge.
