What we collect

Account details you provide at signup: your full name, business or trading name, email address and Australian mobile number. We do not ask for an ABN or business address at signup.

The records you enter while using the service — bookings, staff rosters, time entries and financial records — belong to your business workspace.

Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment provider when you start a trial. Card numbers never reach this service.

How your information is kept separate

Your business information stays private. Records, reports and exports are accessible only to the people you invite into your business, and every request is checked against that membership on the server.

Staff in your business see only what their role allows. Changes to memberships and permissions are recorded in an audit trail.

How we use it

To operate your workspace, provide support, process subscription billing through our payment provider, and send service notices such as a reminder before your first subscription charge. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can export your business data at any time, correct your account details, and delete your account with us. If you have questions about your information, contact us through the details on this site.
